WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE SUMMIT BE GIVEN IN?


The GLS is in English. There will not be any translation.

Summit Schedule


WHAT IS THE EXACT SCHEDULE OF THE SUMMIT, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS?


A detailed schedule of events will be available in the website and sent with your confirmation letter.

Registration


To register online, simply click on the Menu Bar “Registration”.

In the GLS Registration page, fill in the form as indicated accordingly. Do read through the terms and conditions carefully. When you have completed your form, click on the “submit” button. If you have filled in your information wrongly, click on the “reset” button to clear all information you have previously filled in. Make sure to fill the mandatory fields as the registration would not be submitted if they are not filled.

I CAN'T SEEM TO REGISTER ONLINE, WHAT'S WRONG?


Try to refresh your web page again, and fill in the application form and submit. If you still have any problems, please contact the administrator at 040-27863188.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE REGISTRATION?


You can pay Rupees 400.00 only by demand draft. The DD must be payable to “Operation Mobilization India, Secunderabad”.

CAN I SHARE A REGISTRATION?


GLS does not provide the option to share registrations between two or more individuals.

I AM ONLY ABLE TO ATTEND DAY 1 OF THE SUMMIT AND NOT DAY 2. HOWEVER, THE REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT 1 OR THE 2 DAYS TO ATTEND, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


We only allow you to register for both days Summit. We do strongly suggest that you pass your Day 2 Summit coupon to another person, so as not to waste the money and the chance to hear from God.

It is important that the person you have passed the Summit coupon to knows you by name, in case, he/she has lost the coupon, we can produce another coupon for him/her.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY TO SUMMIT SITE AND / OR LEAVE LATE?


You can not arrive early to the site and / or leave late as the accommodation facilities are booked accordingly. Please refer the dates and timings for arrival and departure.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW CLOSE THE SUMMIT IS TO SELLING OUT?


To determine how many seats are available for an event, please contact the administrator at 040-27863188. Remember that there is no walk up registration. You must register in advance.

Pricing


DOES THE PRICE OF THE SUMMIT INCLUDE MEALS AND ACCOMMODATIONS?


Yes, the price that you are paying includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunch breaks, 2 dinners and tea breaks for both days as well as accommodation on our base for 2 nights.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL RATES FOR THIS SUMMIT?


There are no special rates for this Summit. The prices are as stated.

Miscellaneous


CAN I BRING MY CHILD OR NURSING INFANT TO THE CONFERENCE?


While families are important to us, unfortunately there is no accommodation for children or nursing infants, and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please convey this information to them.

WILL MY WIFE OR HUSBAND BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT?


Yes, but everyone must be registered and have paid the fee. However we do not promise couple accommodation to stay together.

IS RESERVED SEATING AVAILABLE IN THE AUDITORIUM?


Reserved seating is not allowed at our summit.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE SUMMIT?


Summit attire is casual.

WHAT'S SO UNIQUE ABOUT THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (GLS) FROM OTHER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES?


The GLS is not just about leadership. It’s really about the local church. Bill Hybel’s vision and burden is building the prevailing churches all across the world. He believes strong leadership is the key to building up strong churches. Hence he started the Leadership Summit.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT HELD LIVE IN WILLOW CREEK IN AUGUST ‘08 AND THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT HELD IN CHENNAI IN OCTOBER 2008 AND HYDERABAD IN NOVEMBER 2008?


The only difference is that the latter is a delayed videocast and two less speakers, though one session will be given by Dr. Joseph D’souza. If you were to attend the Leadership Summit in US you have to pay about US$400 for registration, besides there are air-ticket, car rental and accommodation expenses!

WHY DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE GLS IF I COULD GET A LEADERSHIP SUMMIT DVD EDITION?


The DVD edition is different from the GLS videocast in that it contains only the messages while the videocast is exactly the same as the Leadership Summit which has dramas and skits that precede the messages. These dramas are so beautifully and powerfully done they actually help setting up the audience for the messages.
